FAQs

We get asked allsorts of questions.

We have listed a few of them for you here,  hope they help. If you have a question which we haven't answered just give us a call.

How long after our wedding will our album be ready?

We aim to have your images edited and uploaded onto your password protected web album within 7 days of your wedding. You will be emailed your personnel password to enable you to see the images. (you will see them first, your family & friends once you have seen and approved them) After that you will need to choose your favourite images which you want to be included in your printed album. once you have done that I will design your album using the images of your choice and invite you to approve the design before the album goes to print. If you make your choices quickly you could have your complete boxed album 4 weeks after your wedding.

Who will photograph my wedding?

You will allways know and have met your main photographer before the wedding day, Unless you have been told and agreed otherwise this will be Jane. She will meet with you to go through how you want your day to go and the photography you would like so that on the day she know what you want and you can relax and enjoy your day knowing that Jane will get it done.  For packages that include a second shooter you will know before the wedding who this will be. Jane has three second shooters all of them experienced photographers chosen by Jane for their expertise and personality.

Do we have to pay a deposit?

We do ask for a deposit to secure your booking this is usually 20%  of the final price.

How many weddings do you shoot in a day?

We shoot one wedding per day. You are our sole priority on your wedding day. You get the photographers you have booked and you get them for as long as you have booked them for

Can we have the images on a memory stick?

We do offer packages where this is included, each package is individually put together to suit your wishes and your budget.

Can we have parents albums?

Yes we do offer various sized parents albums, parents can opt to have a duplicate album the same size as yours or they can opt to have a smaller cheaper album with their own choice of images in it.

Can you airbrush our images?

Yes we can airbrush if you request it. We aim to get the images right in the camera when we take the shot but sometimes we need to give a little extra help. If a bride has a spot appear on her special day we can sort it for her etc.

Do you Travel?

We usually work within a fifty mile radius of Lincoln. We are on occasion asked to venture further afield (usually when a couple have come to a wedding in Lincolnshire have seen how we work and the images we create for their friends and want us to do the same for them in another part of the country) We are happy to do this but will have to charge for travel over the fifty mile radius.

Are you available?

We only take on one wedding day booking per day so once it is booked out to a client it has gone. So if you decide you would like us to photograph your wedding day book us sooner rather than later.

Do you take late bookings?

Yes if we are available for the date you have we will take late bookings, this usually happens for smaller mid week weddings. Call us to check our availability.

How long do you stay at the wedding?

That will depend on the package you chose and the budget you have. We can stay from bride prep through to evening party or if you want a smaller, cheaper package we can tailor your package to your needs.

Whatever package you chose we will create a set of stunningly beautiful images of your special day for you to treasure.

Do you do video?

We have a great working relationship with reelinlife videographers.

Noelle has the same approach to her work as we do and as such we work well together to provide stunning imagery and a fun relaxed way of working. If you are interested in having a video of your wedding contact us and we can arrange a joint meeting to discuss your requirements and packages.

What experience do you have of photographing weddings?

Jane has been a professional photographer for twenty years, she started shooting weddings whilst still studying for a photography degree and has been in demand ever since. Her relaxed  friendly style hasn't altered but she keeps up with present day trends in imagery and presentation.

All of Janes second shooters have been trained by Jane and have been hand picked for their skill and personality. We are a small happy team dedicated to creating stunning images for our clients.
